| Experience Required: | 1. Strategic Business Planning/Operations
a. Meet or exceed credit and email goals.
b. Perform all requirements and functions of the POS terminal systems in an efficient and timely manner.
c. Supports and implements changes needed to improve the company’s efficiency.
d. Upholds the values and integrity of the company.
e. Perform receiving duties and merchandising duties.
f. Clean restroom, restock paper products and pick up trash throughout and around store. Routinely clean sales floor, stockroom and breakroom.
g. Performs housekeeping duties including vacuuming, cleaning, dusting and polishing (mirrors, fixtures, cash wraps, displays, carpeting, or other surfaces).
h. Assist Management to ensure the ongoing protection of Company assets and funds from theft and errors throughout the entire store.
i. Correctly apply and follow all Company policies and procedures.
j. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
k. Communicates effectively by being clear and concise in both oral and written communication in order to ensure effective operations.
2. Merchandise Presentation
a. Use product knowledge about vendors, styles, prices, and merchandise, to assist customers with purchase decisions.
b. Treats our product with care and respect by maintaining a clean, neat and organized store.
c. Use Company method of merchandising for all departments and divisions.
d. Ensures the proper handling of merchandise functions within the store including markdowns, processing, sizing and recovery.

a. Upholds a culture that builds exceptional internal and external customer experiences.
b. Maintains high customer readiness standards and delivers a neat, clean and easy to shop store environment.
c. Creates a positive fitting room environment through customer interaction and recovery.

| Wage or Salary: | 1. High School Diploma or equivalent is required; college degree preferred.
2. Knowledge of company standard software, systems and procedures.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work varying hours and schedules to include days, mid shifts, nights, weekends and holidays.
5. Occasionally travel to other stores as requested by management. |
