Event Description: Costco Wholesale in Cumming is taking reservations to come to YOUR business and offer your employees flu, pneumonia & shingles vaccinations. We provide this mobile vaccination clinic at any Forsyth County business with at least 50 participants. We will have a Pharmacists and a technician administer the vaccinations at your place of business, as long as your business offers its employees a prescription insurance plan that covers the vaccinations.
