Event Description: Everyone has that closet or shelf in the basement or garage with bottles of this and that from years ago. What is all that stuff? How should you dispose of it? Some of these chemicals can be harmful to you, your family, and the environment. Learn strategies for handling and storing these types of household chemicals, as well as ideas on safe and environmentally friendly disposal methods. Join Gwinnett County Public Library, in partnership with the Gwinnett County Water Department, for this Spring Cleaning and Household Waste Management workshop. It will take place on Thursday, April 6 at 1:00pm at the Five Forks Branch, 2780 Five Forks Trickum Road, Lawrenceville, GA 30044. This class is free and open to the public.
